Foundation “Volnoe Delo”

Social Innovation supporting Foundation “Volnoe Delo” based businessman Oleg Deripaska in 1998 year.

For more than 16 years “Volnoe Delo” follows good traditions of Russian charity, supports national education and science, promotes the conservation of historical and cultural heritage of Russia, restores and preserves the spiritual values helps health and solve important social problems. The application of innovative approaches to the development and implementation of programmes of the Fund achieves its objectives, implement support and assistance for a long time.

The Fund is one of the most dynamically developing Russian charities.

During the charitable activities of Oleg Deripaska sent over 9.1 billion roubles for the implementation of more than 400 charitable programs in 40 regions of Russia.

The Japanese Centre “Kaizen” in Krasnodar region

Our Center was founded in 2010 in Krasnodar on initiative of the Foundation “Volnoe Delo”, which is also our founder. Our mission: to promote Russian companies, regional authorities and municipalities, universities in the development of innovative technology management (lean technology, TPS and lean).

Together with the “Volnoe Delo” Foundation we are engaged in the implementation of programmes: “Robotics: engineering and technical staff of innovative Russia”, “School of the new generation”, “New generation workers”, conducting seminars and trainings on the basics of lean technologies and lean thinking.

Our partners are the High School of business, Lomonosov’s Moscow State University, Toyota Engineering Corporation, a Centre Priority, Siberian Federal University, Kuban State Agrarian University, Kuban State University, etc. In the year 2014, together with Toyota Engineering Corporation on the basis of the Kuban agrarian State University we have opened a training center, where teachers and students are studying at the Faculty of KubGAU management.

Our Centre initiated the holding of an international Summit in Gelendzhik Lin in 2012, 2011. , which will be held for the third time in April, 2015.

The project is aimed at training and retraining of teachers. To increase the professional level of teachers regularly conducted trainings with the use of modern information technologies and the involvement of external experts and consultants.
